My Master Piece(S)



YaY.. 2 days of work finally came up with my 4 chocolate designs..

All of them kinda hit me and the inspiration just came =)

This is surely the best batch ever.. 100% Valrhona chocs.. the ex stuff

4 different flavours too..


Pls refer to figure 2 for description.
  • Top Left Corner : Whitey.. aka White Tropical Dream.. Smooth Creamy White Chocolate with toasted coconut Ganache.. Provides a nice Crunch with the wonderful aroma of the toasted coconut flakes

  • Bottom Left Corner: Mint Cream Filling covered by wonderful 55% Valrhona Equitorial Chocolate

  • Top Right Corner: Chivas Ganache Covered in 55% Valrhona Equitorial Chocolate

  • Bottom Right Corner: Grand Marnier Ganache using 64% Valrhona Manjari Chocolates Covered by 55% Valrhona Equitorial Chocolate dipped in Chocolate Flakes

Hahah.. Go on.. Drool.. My best batch ever.. Whoo Who!
